Some questions have some important aspects we haven't explored yet, which can make us uncomfortable. The word that it takes a long time to answer means that we cannot know the answer to the question.   • What is the best thing about yourself? What else do you like the most?

These questions can help us understand how we look at ourselves. That means it helps us determine our level of self-esteem.

Ask yourself these two questions and you'll know what you're thinking of yourself. If you don't know how to answer or can't make any choices, you may need to find strategies or techniques to improve your self-esteem. That way, you will truly feel good about yourself. We can also have more energy and get emotional stability.



  • What are the four adjectives that best describe you?

This is one of the questions interviewers can ask us in a job interview. But it's certainly not a simple question to answer. They see how we respond and know how we look at ourselves. Generally speaking, they are called “responsible and serious” or “hard working, strong, dedicated” people.

Our suggestion is to look for a more fundamental answer. You have to choose words that will highlight your strengths. For example, answering prudently can reveal that we are rational. Anyone who is observing things and looking for a solution can say it is analytical or problem-oriented. If you want to help others, you can say they are cooperative, empathetic, and convincing.

To respond in the right way, you have to connect with yourself. If you really want to know yourself, don't just say what comes to your mind first. Stop for a moment, think seriously, and identify the adjective that best describes you.


  • What do you need to be happy?

This is probably one of the best questions you can ask to get to know yourself better. If the answer is “Nothing. I'm already happy now. ”Of course, congratulations! And this means that we are already happy in our hearts. Naturally, joy does not pass all year round, but we know how to focus on intrinsic values. This is the really important part.

We know how to focus on priorities, and we value things that are really valuable to us. We do not fight the present or live in the past. Instead, I know I have to enjoy every moment.

Is it really important to have a different degree, a bigger house, a better smartphone, or a stylish car? Material factors and our role in life are not as important as inner essence. Remember, true happiness is inside, not outside.

Perhaps we all regret what we did. Or I want something to happen quickly. It is inevitable. Some people know that it is better to forget faster than others, and to relieve pain quickly. I think we should look back at the hurtful experiences and talk about them. Bringing the pain out helps you overcome it.
